Do you do ads? Our website and print projects are currently 100% independent and ad-free.

Shipping

Where do we ship from?
Melbourne, Australia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is shipped, please allow 1-2 weeks for Australian delivery, and up to 4 weeks for International delivery. Due to Covid-19 (as I’m sure you’ve heard many times before), shipping logistics have been drastically impacted worldwide, so these timeframes are subject to change.
Why is International shipping so expensive?
Shipping prices are completely out of our control - the price we list is simply the price it costs us to get your order packaged and in the post. Australia is rather far away from the rest of the world, unfortunately!
Do you offer tracking numbers?
We offer both tracked and untracked shipping. Untracked tends to be a few dollars cheaper - but please know, if you select that option, we are unable to track your parcel once it leaves our hands, and therefore won’t be able to find it for you if something goes wrong.
Do you offer refunds?
As a small business, we are not able to offer change-of-mind refunds. But in the event your order arrives damaged (or doesn’t arrive at all!), please get in touch and we’ll sort something out.
Submissions
How do I submit? Check out this page.
When will I know if my submission’s been accepted?
We endeavour to respond to all emails in a timely fashion, but life tends to get in the way. If your submission is accepted for publication, you should know within 1-2 weeks.
Can I submit again?
Of course! However, please don’t submit the same submission twice.
If my work is published on Pure Nowhere, can I publish it elsewhere too?
Yes! We do not own your work, and you’re free to publish wherever else you’d like.
Do you pay to publish for submissions?
At this point in time, we’re unable to pay to publish submissions, but we hope to in the near future! Currently, all our money goes towards web-hosting, our domain, running the online shop, printing costs, packaging costs, etc.
Can I submit anonymously?
Yes, by using the contact form on the submit page and leaving out your name and email address. However, because we’ll be unable to contact you about any potential edits/changes, your chances of publication will be lower. Alternatively, you can include your name and email address on the form, and simply request the submission be published anonymously.
Do you have any age limits on submissions?
Nope!
